Please provide your full name, date of birth, lost/stolen passport number (if applicable), address, telephone number and email address in the comments section and the reason why you require the emergency passport.
Please refer to our website to download the PC8 application form and bring: two passport photos, the application form, any other ID documents you may hold.
The emergency passport can be issued within 48 hours once all requirements are fulfilled. An Emergency Passport can only be issued where the applicant cannot wait for a full validity passport to be issued. This travel document will contain only 4 visa pages and the validity will be limited to a period between seven and twelve months.
If travel is via or to a country other than Australia, please contact the respective embassy of that country for entry and visa requirements. The Australian Embassy cannot provide visa information.
